You have the right to return your items within 14 days from the date you receive your order. When returning items, the amount paid will be refunded, minus a fee equivalent to the shipping costs. Returned items must be unused and carefully packaged in their original packaging (or equivalent) as they were delivered.

All customers must request a return through their customer account. Simply find your order and submit a return request.

For customers in Denmark
You can create a return via our return portal, linked in your account. Enter your details and you’ll receive either a QR code or a printable return label by email. If you use the QR code, simply show it at your nearest GLS Parcel Shop. If you choose to print the label yourself, attach it to the package before dropping it off.

For customers outside Denmark
You will need to arrange and pay for return shipping yourself, as the return label option is not available. Please send the items carefully packaged to:

Once we receive the returned items and verify their condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the order.
