You have 14 days from receiving your order to change your mind. If it has not shipped yet, you can stop it before it goes out. Either way, start below and we will follow up by email.
The return
Sending your items back
Once you have told us, you have 14 days to send the items back. They should be undamaged and in the same condition they arrived in.
If you live in Denmark
You can create your return label using the link below. Once the process is complete, you will receive a QR code that you simply need to present at your nearest GLS Parcel Shop. Payment for the return label is made during the creation process.
You are also welcome to arrange your own return shipping and send the items to our return address if you prefer.
If you live outside Denmark
Arrange your own return shipping and send the items, well packed, to us at the address below.
