We aim to dispatch your order within 2 business days. All shipments are sent via GLS, and at checkout, you can choose your preferred delivery method. Shipping costs depend on the selected option, and all packages are sent fully insured.

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way. Estimated delivery times are 1–5 business days within Denmark and 2–7 business days for other countries. Please note that delivery may take longer during peak periods and holidays.

Free shipping to GLS Parcel Shops on orders over EUR 135. For smaller orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

You’ll get an email (and possibly an SMS) from GLS when your package is ready to pick up. Bring a valid ID and your tracking number. Packages are held for 7 days before being returned, and returned orders are subject to a shipping fee.
