Every order is packed by hand in our studio in Copenhagen and leaves within two business days. Below you will find prices, free shipping and delivery times for each country we ship to.

Delivery times are counted from the day your order leaves the studio.
Good to know
Dispatch and tracking
Every order is packed by hand in our studio in Copenhagen and leaves within two business days. Once it is on its way, you will receive an email with a tracking number, so you can follow your parcel all the way to you.
Delivery can take a little longer around holidays and in busy periods.
Packed with care
All parcels are shipped with tracking. Our flowers are carefully packed, with the stems securely protected, so they arrive safely and ready to be shaped and arranged.
Collecting from a parcel shop
When your parcel is ready, the carrier will let you know by email and sometimes by text message. Bring valid ID and your parcel number when you collect it.
Parcels that are not collected within the carrier's holding period are automatically returned to us. The order is then cancelled and refunded, less a fee that covers return shipping and handling.
Norway and Switzerland
Orders to Norway and Switzerland are sent with UPS. Prices in these countries are shown without Danish VAT. Local VAT and a small customs fee are collected by UPS before delivery.
Returns
You can change your mind within 14 days of receiving your order. Let us know within those 14 days using the form on our returns page, or by email at contact@bloomgaard.com. You then have a further 14 days to send the parcel back to us.
Return shipping is paid by you. In Denmark, you can create a return label in our return portal for 60 DKK. From other countries, please send the parcel with a carrier of your choice.
